Maxime Grosjean is a senior associate at Tiberghien Luxembourg and guides a diverse international clientele on Luxembourg individual and corporate tax aspects. His practice is centred on corporate and individual tax, with a particular emphasis on the taxation and implementation of corporate restructurings. He regularly advises private clients and family businesses, managing their tax matters ranging from ongoing corporate and individual tax management to the implementation of complex reorganisations. His expertise also covers tax law relating to international mobility. Maxime delivers comprehensive solutions by integrating his tax expertise with a strong understanding of accounting, finance and Luxembourg company law.

Gauthier Mary is a senior associate at Tiberghien Luxembourg and advises Luxembourg and foreign corporate clients in their investments and

operations in Luxembourg or abroad, including ICT technologies, private equity, real estate and intellectual property. He also advises private clients on their estate planning through Luxembourg, and is active in tax litigation involving Luxembourg companies. Prior to joining Tiberghien, Gauthier worked for five years in the tax department of an important Luxembourg Big Four firm and for more than six years in an important Luxembourg independent tax advisory firm, gaining significant experience in the field of corporate taxation.
