Yong Whan Choi is co-head of the International Tax team at Yulchon LLC. He has more than 17 years of tax experience, with a primary focus on transfer pricing, permanent establishment, beneficial ownership
from 2005 to 2008, and at Samil PricewaterhouseCoopers from 2008 to 2011. Kyu Dong has extensive experience in cross-border tax matters, with a particular focus on advising ICT clients and structuring inbound fund investments into Korea, as well as outbound investments by Korean companies. He is an active member of the Korean branch of the International Fiscal Association and serves on two investment committees of the National Pension Fund.
