Thomas Pasquier specialises in all areas of Swiss and international tax law. His expertise includes tax advice for investment funds and businesses at all stages of their development, such as incorporation, financing

He advises entrepreneurs and private clients on all their tax matters, including relocation to Switzerland, philanthropic activities, real estate investments, business transfers, and estate and succession planning. Thomas also represents clients in tax proceedings (contentious or non-contentious) before administrative authorities and courts, at both the cantonal and federal levels.
