Anouk Van der Mast is a tax lawyer at Tiberghien and a member of the firm’s multinational enterprises team. She focuses on Belgian corporate income tax and international taxation, advising multinational groups on their

Belgian multinationals, providing strategic tax guidance across their international operations. He also regularly represents clients in high-stakes international transactions and advises on the tax implications of cross-border restructurings and investments. Robin is a regular speaker at seminars in Belgium and abroad. He is the author of various tax publications. He is a member of International Fiscal Association (IFA), the International Tax Forum and other networks, reflecting his active involvement in international tax developments and best practices.

Belgian and cross-border activities. Anouk holds a Master of Laws degree and a Master-after-Master in Tax Law from KU Leuven. She began her career at a Big Four firm before returning to academia to research taxation in developing countries, with a focus on tax treaties and tax incentives. She joined Tiberghien in 2019 and is a member of the Brussels Bar, the Corporate Tax Alliance, and other professional networks. She has also authored several publications on corporate and international taxation.
