Deo Falzon graduated as Doctor of Laws from the University of Malta in December 2015 and was admitted to the Bar in March 2016. He holds a LLM in international intellectual property from the University of

London and is an elected member of the Council of the Maltese Bar Association and an elected board member of the Malta IT Law Association (MITLA). Deo specialises in IP within the TMT practice and handles pharmaceutical work streams including substantive, procedural and patent portfolio matters. He also provides local advice with reference to EPC and PCT matters as well as marketing authorisation procedures and patent infringement matters. He regularly handles patent validation and trademark portfolios for several brands and generics in Malta.
