Marcin Tomasik advises businesses and organisations in regulated industries. He also specialises in compliance and unfair competition, and in administrative and criminal proceedings. Marcin is a member of
Filip Gołba advises regulated industries, primarily in the pharmaceutical, medical devices and
pharmacy sectors. He represents clients before administrative courts and regulatory bodies, advises industry organisations on legislation, and helps to align businesses with European and national regulations. He worked on reforming the Ukrainian Pharmaceutical Law (EBRD project) and has represented clients in infringement procedures before the European Commission as well as in judicial proceedings concluding with key judgments shaping the Polish pharmacy market. He is a member of the Bar Association in Warsaw and previously worked in academia, teaching at the Jagiellonian University, authoring academic articles and book chapters.
the District Bar Association in Warsaw and a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw and the Center for English and European Law organised in co-operation with Cambridge University. He is a lecturer in post-graduate studies on Compliance and Risk Management at the Warsaw School of Economics. Tomasz Jaworski is an attorney-at- law whose areas of expertise include pharmaceutical law, medical device law, public procurement law, litigation and administrative proceedings. He is the co-author of a commentary on the law on so-called class actions (CH Beck, 2010) and the concept of reforming the Ukrainian drug registration system (within the framework of the EBRD project). Tomasz has also written numerous publications in the legal press and legal reports on the pharmacy market, laboratory diagnostics and spa communities.
Jakub Matusiak is an attorney-at-law specialising in transactional advisory, with a strong focus on healthcare entities and medical device projects. He provides ongoing regulatory and commercial support to industry
organisations in the in vitro diagnostics (IVD) and IT sectors, and to companies operating in the medical devices market, including IVD products. Beyond his practice, Jakub lectures on e-commerce law at Gdynia Maritime University and is actively involved in the National Bar of Attorneys-at-Law as a member of the Trainee Education Commission at the Gdańsk Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
