Rúben do Carmo Pereira is a senior associate at PLMJ in the healthcare, life sciences and pharmaceuticals practice and has more than seven years’ experience. He focuses on advising Portuguese and multinational
licensing. Hugo also strongly focuses on IP litigation, emphasising arbitration and court cases involving patent disputes and trade mark enforcement. He also drafts opinions and contracts in all areas of intellectual property. Hugo has been an official industrial property agent since 2012 and a European trade mark and design attorney since 2016.
