Humberto Vega joined Arochi & Lindner’s Mexico team in 2017, serving as an associate in the administrative litigation department. His practice includes litigations in matters such as life sciences, patents,
has a consistent record of wins, including several landmark cases, for clients in the pharmaceutical, biotech and medical devices industries. In addition to litigation, Heidi’s practice includes licensing. She also advises on regulatory issues affecting the life sciences sector in Mexico and serves as counsel to the Mexican Association of Generic Drug Companies. Heidi has advised different senate commissions during legislative discussions on amendments to IP provisions and, more recently, to the new IP law.
