Authors

Vebjørn Krag Iversen is a partner at Wikborg Rein and head of the firm’s IP practice group. He has extensive experience in pharmaceutical patent litigation, as well as in cases involving know-how and trade secrets within the life sciences sector. Vebjørn also has expertise in pharmaceutical regulatory law.

Kristin Erstad Remvik is a senior associate in Wikborg Rein’s Oslo office. She is part of the firm’s technology and digitalisation team, working primarily in IP law. She has experience assisting clients with

intellectual property rights matters, including advising on securing, licensing and enforcing IP rights. Kristin has also been involved in several patent disputes in the life science field. Guro S. K. Nybø is an associate at Wikborg Rein’s Oslo office. She is part of the firm’s technology and digitalisation team, working with IP and marketing law. She regularly assists clients in matters relating to patents, trade marks and trade secrets. Guro holds an LLM in IP and information law from King’s College London.

Nora Bratheim is a senior lawyer at Wikborg Rein’s Oslo office, where she specialises in IP law, including life sciences and pharma patent litigation. Nora has experience with conducting cases before the courts, the

Norwegian Industrial Property Office and the Norwegian Board of Appeal for Industrial Property Rights. She is an editor of the European Patent Lawyers Association’s (EPLAW) patent blog and a co-author of a law commentary on the Norwegian Patent Act.
