Inkyoung Choi earned her BS and MS degrees in Pharmaceuticals from Seoul National University and worked as a researcher at the University of Minnesota Medical School during the Master’s programme. Ms Choi is now
(including pharmaceuticals and biologics) and software industries. In addition to advising foreign clients on Korean IP issues, Mr Lee advises Korean clients on cross-border IP issues, including US and German litigation, FTOs and licensing negotiations. Mr Lee utilises both his in-house experience (at Samsung Electronics and P&G) and law firm experience (Baker Botts and Dergosits & Noah) to provide clients with real-world legal advice and business-oriented solutions. Ye In Han is a partner with a background as a pharmacist who focuses on pharmaceutical and biotech patent litigation, as well as advisory services and litigation in healthcare. Based on her experience in representing global and domestic pharmaceutical companies, she is recognised for her ability to employ both offensive and defensive strategies in pharmaceutical and biotech patent disputes. Furthermore, she provides advisory and litigation services relating to pharmaceuticals, medical devices, cosmetics, household chemical products, etc, based on specialised knowledge of pharmacy and an understanding of the industry.
