Binxin Li has almost 20 years’ experience in the IP field, and has a deep understanding of his clients’ business landscapes and challenges, both in China and overseas. Offering practical and comprehensive solutions, he assists clients in maximising the value of their IP assets while effectively mitigating potential IP-related risks. Over the years, Mr Li has advised both multinational and domestic companies across diverse industries, including healthcare, mechanical, telecommunications, energy and entertainment. His expertise encompasses complex IP issues, covering enforcement, filing, portfolio management and technology transfers.

Yue He focuses on patent prosecution, freedom-to-operate assessments, technology licensing and complex disputes involving patents and trade secrets. She possesses deep experience in

developing and safeguarding intellectual property portfolios for clients in industries including medical devices, chemical, mechanical and telecommunications. Ms He advises companies on strategic patent planning for new product launches and life cycle management. Before joining LeanWill, she served as Intellectual Property Counsel at a leading Fortune 500 medical device company, overseeing global patent matters and supporting key R&D initiatives. including patent infringement, patent invalidation and trade secret disputes. With dual academic backgrounds in chemical and industrial bio- engineering and in law, she joined the LeanWill team in 2025. During her studies at law school, she interned at the Beijing Intellectual Property Court and several well-known law firms, handling disputes in fields such as telecommunications, mechanical engineering, pharmaceuticals and chemicals. Lesley Wang specialises in technology-driven IP disputes,

Guangzhen Shang has been specialising in patent and trade secret enforcement, trade mark and brand protection, and other areas of IP dispute resolution and consultation for nearly ten years. As an attorney at

law and patent attorney, he has represented many well-known domestic and international companies spanning industries including pharmaceuticals, chemistry, machinery, communications and consumer goods, with great success in relevant IP litigation. Some of the cases he has handled have been selected as typical cases by the Supreme People’s Court and local IP courts/tribunals.
