Daniel Grohs is a German and European patent attorney, an expert in patent litigation and a UPC representative. He is a partner in HOFFMANN EITLE’s Chemistry practice group. For two decades, he

Tobias has been the lead counsel in proceedings both before German national courts and before the Unified Patent Court. He is an experienced coordinator and is known to develop a thorough understanding of the technical aspects of a case. He has represented large and medium-sized pharmaceutical and biotech companies in main and provisional injunction proceedings.
