Jean-Pierre Bozec is the founder and managing partner of Project Lawyers. He is a registered legal adviser in Gabon and remains registered as an avocat at the Paris Bar (France), with more than 30 years’ experience in

African transactions. He has been based in Gabon for more than 25 years. Jean-Pierre has developed strong expertise in negotiation, drafting state contracts, and structuring the legal and tax aspects of projects in Africa – particularly oil and gas, utilities, transportation infrastructure and mining projects.
