Partnerships with local actors, knowledge transfer, and responsible mining practices are essen - tial elements for long-term success. The development of large-scale mining projects currently underway also shows that Cameroon is entering a new phase of min - ing development.
If the reforms continue and are effectively implement - ed, the mining sector has the potential to become a major pillar of Cameroon’s economic transformation, contributing to sustainable growth, increased pub - lic revenues, and the successful achievement of the NDS30 objectives.
