He is admitted to practice in Chile (Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, 2008), holds an LLM from the University of Melbourne (2016) and has been a lecturer in mining law at Universidad Católica de Chile since 2019.
Legal Division and later as head of Regulatory and Legislative Affairs at Chile’s Ministry of Mining, facilitating the development, interpretation and implementation of mining regulation and legislation. He advises mining companies on regulatory strategy, compliance, corporate law and the corporate implications of regulatory and policy change. Felipe is admitted in Chile, holds undergraduate and Master’s degrees in Environmental Law from Universidad del Desarrollo, and is a lecturer in mining law at Universidad Católica de Chile and Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.
