Nina Leguizamón is a senior associate at Dentons Guevara & Gutiérrez with an outstanding practice in Bolivia’s energy sector. She plays a central role in technically demanding upstream, midstream and
downstream matters, supporting multi contract exploration initiatives, complex pipeline governance negotiations, and sensitive fuel commercialisation strategies. She has contributed to complex cross border gas commercialisation projects involving leading regional players and provides execution ready guidance on bidding procedures, pricing and balancing mechanisms, regulatory alignment, and constitutional constraints. Drawing on her strong international arbitration background, she provides strategic advise to help clients anticipate disputes and structure agreements that minimise future conflicts.
Emil Jung is a senior associate leading complex energy mandates at Dentons Guevara & Gutiérrez, focusing on project development, regulatory strategy and bankability. He advises upstream operators and
