Adam Moncrieff is a market-leading project finance lawyer at Orrick who regularly advises project investors, sponsors, lenders and ECAs on large and complex projects in Asia-Pacific and beyond. Adam’s recent experience includes advising the developers on various BOT and new-generation gas thermal power projects in Vietnam, advising developers and lenders on various renewable energy projects in Vietnam and other ASEAN countries, as well as advising investors on various regional power sector assets including renewables. His deep project finance experience ranges from renewable energy projects to power, oil and gas, LNG, petrochemicals, infrastructure, telecommunications and water projects in Asia-Pacific and globally.

Thuy Huynh is an experienced projects and finance lawyer at Orrick with a strong focus on project finance, particularly in the renewable and thermal energy sectors. She has successfully represented lenders,

borrowers, sponsors and guarantors in numerous high-profile syndicated loans and projects. Her experience extends to guiding clients through complex domestic and cross-border financing transactions. In addition to her project finance work, Thuy has deep knowledge in corporate finance, including acquisition and share-backed financings. She also has extensive experience in general lending and finance, representing a wide array of financiers and borrowers.
