Chantele Sibanda is an associate in Wintertons Legal Practitioners’ corporate and commercial department and energy, infrastructure and natural resources department. She has assisted clients in greenfield
handling transactions in Zimbabwe. His expertise covers greenfield energy projects, assisting clients from due diligence through licensing to project development. He continues to act as local counsel for several international law firms and clients, handling investment transactions. He advises several listed and unlisted companies in matters related to M&A, disposals, various types of contracts, financing transactions for both lenders and borrowers, corporate restructuring, competition issues and tax. Nikita is a member of the International Bar Association Power Committee.
