Zhuohui Li is an associate at Zhong Lun Law Firm whose practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, cross-border investment, and engineering and project development, with a particular
sector. She advises multinational corporations, state-owned enterprises and private companies on cross-border transactions, including upstream oil and gas, renewable energy as well as power projects. Yilin Wang is a senior associate at Zhong Lun Law Firm with seven years of experience in energy infrastructure, mergers and acquisitions, and foreign investment, advising clients on cross-border transactions and project development in the energy and power sector.
