Manuel Martínez is a partner at ZADAL. He specialises in civil,
commercial, and insolvency litigation, with particular expertise in civil liability claims, contractual disputes, unfair competition, and corporate conflicts. He advises and represents individuals and domestic and international companies across sectors including finance, energy, real estate, industry, and automotive. Manuel has over ten years of experience at leading international law firms such as Hogan Lovells and Freshfields. He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association and has served as an adjunct professor on the Master’s in Legal Practice programme at the Autonomous University of Madrid. He holds a dual degree in Law and Business Administration from CEU Cardenal Herrera University.

Carlos Saldaña is a partner at ZADAL. He has extensive experience in financial and tax advisory, with a strong focus on M&A, corporate restructurings, and real estate transactions. He regularly advises on
Román Mejías has a distinguished national and international track record in debt finance. He advises on complex, high-value financing transactions for financial institutions, multinational companies, and
the tax structuring of international investments in Spain and assists high net worth individuals with complex tax matters. Prior to joining ZADAL, he worked in the tax departments of Écija, Roca Junyent, and PwC. He holds a law degree and a Diploma in Business Studies from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE E-1), and a Master’s in Taxation from IE. He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
