Matina Kagkelari is a partner and head of the structured transactions and capital markets practice at Sardelas Petsa Law Firm. She is a business lawyer with more than 22 years’ experience in capital markets,
25-year practice includes advising clients – mainly financial institutions – on financing, restructurings and underwritings of ECM and DCM transactions, and acting for companies and investors on M&A transactions, mainly involving listed companies. He has played an instrumental role in the recent development of the Greek corporate bond market and has considerable expertise in privatisations and State assets development, having acted for foreign investors and the Greek State in a significant number of landmark transactions.

Aris Sifakis is an associate of the structured transactions and capital markets practice at Sardelas Petsa Law Firm. He graduated with a law degree from Democritus University of Thrace, Greece (2021) and holds a
master’s degree in Law and Economics from the University of Piraeus, as well as a master’s degree in Business Law from Leiden University. Aris specialises in corporate governance, company law and financial regulatory matters. His work at Sardelas Petsa focuses on the listing of SA companies on ATHEX and the transactions associated with these listings.
