Matina Kagkelari is a partner and head of the structured transactions and capital markets practice at Sardelas Petsa Law Firm. She is a business lawyer with more than 22 years’ experience in capital markets,
25-year practice includes advising clients – mainly financial institutions – on financing, restructurings and underwritings of ECM and DCM transactions, and acting for companies and investors on M&A transactions, mainly involving listed companies.
