Bochan Kim is a senior foreign attorney licensed in New York (US), New South Wales (Australia) and New Zealand. Her practice focuses on cross-border regulatory compliance counselling and investigations. Ms

money laundering and international trade. Ms Kim has represented a broad range of domestic and multinational companies in criminal and regulatory investigations before Korean and foreign regulators. She also has extensive experience in advising clients across various corporate, regulatory and transactional matters, including navigating complex crisis management situations. She studied Law at Seoul National University and in 2014, she earned an LLM degree from Harvard Law School.

Kim has extensive experience advising both domestic and international clients on cross-border regulatory matters, including responding to regulatory authorities following internal investigations. Since joining Bae, Kim & Lee LLC after years of experience in a multinational US-based law firm, she has also worked on international arbitration and litigation matters, further broadening her expertise in handling complex cross-border matters.

Sodam Kim is a counsel qualified in South Korea. Her main practice focuses on compliance, international trade, international litigation and enforcement. Ms Kim, experienced in many sanctions and export control

cases, also has a longstanding background in international arbitration and litigation. This enables her to provide clients with comprehensive advice on cross-border disputes and transactions. She completed the International Exchange Program in International and Comparative Business Law at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg, Germany in 2012, where she gained extensive knowledge in international affairs and cross-border businesses. She earned her LLB from Seoul National University in 2013.
