Stefano Perretta is an associate at JJR who works in the transport, insurance and reinsurance practice group, and who mainly specialises in related litigation work. Stefano graduated from the School of Law of
claims, admiralty law, pollution, personal injury, arrest of vessels, international trade and related conflict resolution. He was the first Latin-American Chair of the Maritime and Land Transport Committee of the International Bar Association (2015–2016), and currently serves as an advisory board member. He is a regular speaker at conferences around the world and the author of several publications.

Max Morgan is a partner at JJR. He specialises in maritime transportation, with experience in collisions, spillages, cargo claims, arrest of vessels, maritime insurance and related conflict resolution. He is also
experienced in non-marine insurance and reinsurance, as well as in commercial, maritime and insurance litigation. He is the leader of the transportation and insurance litigation department at the firm. He has advised and defended several companies, P&I clubs, underwriters and reinsurers in notable cases in recent years, both in arbitrations and before ordinary courts.
