Chen Leiming specialises in maritime and shipping law, insurance, banking and finance, trade and related fields. With a solid legal foundation and extensive practical experience, he has provided annual legal advisory services to dozens of companies throughout his career and has represented Chinese and international clients in hundreds of litigation and arbitration cases. Notably, several cases he handled have been recognised as typical maritime trial cases by the Supreme People’s Court of China and the Guangdong High People’s Court. He has also been honoured as a Leading Talent for Foreign-Related Lawyers in Guangdong Province.

Tingxin Yu is a qualified lawyer admitted in China, practicing at Beijing Kangda (Guangzhou) Law Firm. She graduated from Durham University with a Master of Laws and is proficient in both Chinese and

English. Specialising in maritime and insurance disputes, she has handled a variety of cases involving vessel collision disputes, disputes arising from contracts for the carriage of goods by sea, and insurer subrogation claims. She also provides full-spectrum legal support for cross-border vessel transactions and serves state-owned enterprises and public institutions as external legal counsel.

Yuan Yuan possesses extensive foreign-related legal expertise and litigation experience. She is well- versed in the principles and practices of maritime law, insurance law, company law, contract law, real estate

law, labour law and international trade. She specialises in handling legal matters related to
