Michele Fara specialises in dispute resolution, maritime and transport law, and commercial agreements. He has extensive experience of both international and domestic arbitrations and civil proceedings,

Paula Bäckdén holds a PhD in maritime law and specialises in maritime and transport law, such as dispute resolution and commercial agreements, including litigation in civil court and arbitration, the sale and

Furthermore, Michele is head of Vinge’s maritime and transport law group and is regularly engaged by clients in the transport and logistics sector, and by industrial companies and insurers, for all kinds of matters within shipping and transportation. He has also assisted clients within the energy sector in several major projects concerning new energy and climate change mitigation. Ninos Aho is a partner in Vinge’s dispute resolution group and has extensive experience of acting as counsel in court proceedings and arbitration. Ninos also specialises in maritime and transport law and assists in matters related to all modes of transport, such as sea transport, road transport and forwarding, rail transport, air transport and logistics (3PL), and in transport insurance matters. His practice covers a number of sectors, such as transport, energy and international trade.

She is president of the Swedish Maritime Law Association and, as such, is the Swedish representative in the GA of the Nordic Offshore and Maritime Arbitration Association. Paula has been appointed Dispascheur of Sweden, settling marine insurance disputes as well as general average disputes. before joining Vinge, which has given him broad and practical experience of shipping and international claims handling, including risk management as well as governance and compliance issues. Anders has particular experience in relation to sanctions and has been appointed as a court expert in English High Court proceedings. Anders also acts as arbitrator in shipping disputes. Between 2021 and 2023, Anders was chairperson of the Swedish War Risk Insurance Board following an appointment by the Swedish government. Anders Leissner worked as a claims manager, and subsequently as general counsel, for an international P&I club for more than 20 years
