specialises in admiralty and maritime issues, and has expert knowledge in ship arrests, releases, sales and determinations of priorities. Richard was recently involved in the much-publicised M/V Crystal Supreme Court dispute, which involved large maritime assets, complex creditor rights under Bahamian law, and high-value judicial sales of the cruise ships. Richard also leads the labour and employment team. He was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2002. He has also been called to the Bar of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas, where he has been practising since 2005.
