Travers Smith LLP has a Technology & Commercial Transactions department that undertakes the major - ity of the firm’s outsourcing work. The department is made up of four partners, two senior counsel and 13 associates. The wider outsourcing team also includes specialists from the financial services, pensions, real estate, employment and tax teams who are experts in advising on outsourcing activities and other commer - cial contracts with third-party providers. on a regular basis in relation to all types of outsourc - ings, including IT and business process outsourcing – as well as a wide range of other activities that re - quire a more tailored approach, often with an interna - tional dimension. The team regularly works across a range of sectors, including financial services (includ - ing fintech, market infrastructure and payments), re - tail, warehousing and logistics, pensions, media and publishing, and hotels and leisure.

Adam Wyman is a partner in the Employment department at Travers Smith, where he advises UK and overseas employers on a range of
employment issues. Adam’s experience includes advising employers on the strategy for executive dismissals, board disputes, and disputes with current and former employees (including senior executive issues and whistle-blowing). He runs litigation in the Employment Tribunal and High Court, creates team move strategies, and carries out investigations for corporates. Adam leads teams supporting employers carrying out change programmes and advising on the employment aspects of corporate and commercial transactions, including the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 and redundancy exercises.

tech M&A, AI development and deployment, cyber security risks and IP protection. Louisa also helps businesses to navigate EU and UK data and digital legislation to harness the power of the datasets they hold and use it to drive revenue and innovation.
