His technology M&A expertise includes advising HBX Group on its investment in PerfectStay, the France-based online travel specialist. Bertrand brings extensive international transaction experience across multiple jurisdictions, including advising Deutsche Telekom VC in its minority investments in Filigran and Equativ, and Tofane Global in its acquisition in Austria of Dimoco Messaging. He is licensed to practise in Paris.

His technology M&A experience includes leading work for Esker in connection with the EUR1.5 billion tender offer by Bridgepoint in association with General Atlantic. Cyril is also head of the stock exchange law unit of the “Droit & Croissance” think tank.
Anne Toupenay-Schueller is an M&A partner and practice co-head at Jeantet, having joined the firm in 2003. She assists French and overseas-based clients with a wide range of domestic and cross-border
transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, mergers, joint ventures and other strategic partnerships, as well as corporate restructuring transactions and distressed M&A. She co-heads the firm’s technology sector group, advising industry- leading clients such as STMicroelectronics, Alstom, Telefonica and Upland Software. Anne is an active member of the International Bar Association and is an officer within the Women Lawyers’ Committee.
