Paolo Balboni is a leading European ICT, privacy and cybersecurity lawyer, serving as a data protection officer for multinational companies. Admitted to the Milan and Amsterdam Bars, he is a founding partner of ICT Legal Consulting and ICT Cyber Consulting. He advises on legal matters involving data protection, cybersecurity, AI, IoT, IT contracts, and digital regulation. Paolo is a professor at Maastricht University and holds positions with the EPO and European Commission expert groups. He is a published author and frequent keynote speaker. His expertise spans multiple sectors, and he has contributed to key EU regulatory frameworks, including the GDPR and cloud data protection codes.
Giulio Monga is a managing associate at ICT Legal Consulting with experience in data protection, new technologies, civil and commercial law, and private international law. He holds a PhD in
international law from the Catholic University of Milan and focused his dissertation on the regulation of digital platforms within the European Union. Over the years, he has advised a wide range of entities – including investment funds, banks and public companies – gaining significant experience in M&A operations. His practice spans both advisory work and representation in judicial and administrative proceedings. He has authored several articles and book chapters and is also registered as a freelance journalist.
Luca Bolognini is a prominent privacy and data protection attorney, admitted to the Italian Supreme Court, and a founding partner of ICT Legal Consulting. He serves as president of the Italian Institute for
