Yuan-Yuan Lo is an associate partner at Lee and Li, and has focused her

Derrick Yang is a partner at Lee and Li and has extensive experience in cross-border M&A. Given his background in tax, he is uniquely positioned and actively participates from the outset of the deal process to

Derrick has represented internationally renowned PE funds (such as Permira, American Securities, Advantage Partners) and Peloton (NASDAQ:PTON) to close their first deals in Taiwan and helped with their integration.
