Gregory Gewirtz is a partner in Linklaters’ M&A group, based in New York. Gregory has broad experience

Gregory’s experience includes a secondment with The Dow Chemical Company’s corporate and financial law department in Midland, Michigan. Gregory has also spent time practising M&A in Hong Kong.
Pierre-Emmanuel Perais is a partner in Linklaters’ M&A group, based in New York. He advises clients on public and private M&A, equity and asset sales, auctions and joint ventures. Pierre has experience in
representing corporate clients, investment banks, and private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with respect to capital markets transactions, and with a particular focus on equity and debt securities offerings.
