in advising on public and private mergers and acquisitions, including carve-outs, divestitures, reorganisations, minority investments, joint ventures and financial advisory assignments. Gregory’s experience includes a secondment with The Dow Chemical Company’s corporate and financial law department in Midland, Michigan. Gregory has also spent time practising M&A in Hong Kong.
