She ensures compliance with the successive chain of ownership in shareholder and company compositions, as well as the proper integration and powers of boards of directors.
professional career, she has worked in the Mexican government on the Digital Strategy Coordination, as an adviser in the transition team of President-elect Enrique Peña Nieto, in the Technical Secretariat of the National Security Council, and in the Coordination of Advisors to the Secretary of the Interior. In addition, she has experience in administrative litigation in industrial property matters, mainly pharmaceutical patents and industrial secrets.
