He provides strategic guidance on acquisitions, negotiations and the assignment of mining rights and properties, as well as due diligence, title assessment, contract drafting and permit proceedings. Sergio has contributed to the development of regulatory frameworks and advised on binational Argentina-Chile mining and infrastructure projects. He was retained by the UN in 2002 for mining promotional tools and has recently advised President Milei on investment incentives.
