Tony Yeo is the managing director of Drew & Napier’s IP practice, and a director in its dispute resolution department. He also heads the firm’s health care and life sciences practice. Tony’s expertise lies in litigation; in particular, IP litigation and enforcement comprising patents, trade marks and copyright. He was one of the select few IP practitioners appointed by the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS) as an IP adjudicator to hear disputes at IPOS for a two-year term from April 2019. Tony is also the President of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI) – Singapore Group.
Meryl Koh is a director in Drew & Napier’s dispute resolution and intellectual property departments. She is one of the leading young commercial disputes and intellectual
property disputes practitioners. Her distinctive competency has led her to act for household names, MNCs and listed companies in digital media, video games, sports and entertainment, F&B, agriculture as well pharmaceuticals and healthcare industries in copyright, trade marks, patent disputes as well as corporate litigation and international arbitration. She is a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators, admitted in Singapore and Australia and is fluent in Mandarin.
