Emmanouil Apostolakis joined Ovvadias S. Namias Law Firm in 2021 and is a senior associate practising in the areas of white- collar crime. He holds a PhD in Criminal Law from the National

Ilias undertook his undergraduate studies in law at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, and obtained his LLM in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure. He then received his PhD in Criminal Law from the Ludwig-Maximilians- University of Munich. He has been a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2010 and of the Munich Bar Association since 2011. Ilias lectures in criminal law at the Faculty of Law of the Democritus University of Thrace.
