Emily Lam is a counsel at Debevoise in Hong Kong and a member of the litigation department. She has vast experience in a broad range of commercial litigation and

With over 25 years’ experience in Asia, Mr Hughes advises major corporates, financial institutions and high net worth individuals in complex commercial disputes, often with a cross-border component to them.
