Alessandro Pistochini has a PhD in comparative criminal law. With over 20 years’ experience as a practitioner, he founded Pistochini Avvocati Studio Legale in 2020. Alessandro
Giulia Barattini graduated in Law from the University of Milan-Bicocca in 2021, defending a thesis in criminal procedure entitled “Neurosciences as ‘phármakon’: antidote and poison for the criminal trial”. From September 2021 to March 2023, she completed a training internship at the Eleventh Criminal Section of the Milan Court. Since March 2023, she has been working as a trainee lawyer at Pistochini Avvocati Law Firm. In 2024, she passed the bar exam and became a member of the Milan Bar Association.
