Marco Mariotti is an associate in Herbert Smith Freehills’ Italian corporate crime and investigations practice. He advises Italian and international clients from a variety of industry
litigation. Marco has extensive experience assisting clients with inquiries from Italian prosecutors, regulatory authorities and US federal and state agencies. He represents companies and executives in disputes involving corporate wrongdoing and mass torts. Admitted to the Bar in New York and Rome, Marco holds an LLM from New York University, where he was a Hauser Global Scholar and researcher. He graduated in law from the University of Pisa and obtained a diploma in legal sciences from Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna.
