Masayuki Atsumi is a partner at Miura & Partners specialising in competition/antitrust practice and white-collar crime practice. As a bilingual attorney having qualifications in Japan, New
Yuhei Sakao is a partner at Miura & Partners. His practice focuses on corporate crisis management, white-collar crime, corporate governance, compliance and ESG/SDGs.

Masayuki has held various positions in private practice and government agencies (he is one of the few Japanese attorneys with experience with both the Japan Fair Trade Commission and the US Federal Trade Commission). Yuhei is a graduate of the University of Tokyo, the University of Tokyo Law School and the University of Pennsylvania Law School (LLM with a Wharton Business and Law Certificate). He has worked in prominent law firms in Japan and Washington DC, and dealt with both domestic and global investigations. Yuhei was admitted to the Bar in Japan and New York and is qualified as a certified fraud examiner.
