Her real estate expertise includes real estate development, sales, acquisition of existing or unfinished buildings, joint ventures, acquisition of existing project companies, lease transactions, finance structures, real estate-backed non-performing assets, management and operation of finished projects, and other related matters. She is an arbitrator of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, and she is also a specially engaged legal expert of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources.
