Panagiotis (Notis) Sardelas is a senior partner at Sardelas Petsa Law Firm and an expert in the field of banking and finance and capital markets, including the financing of real estate and energy projects. In his 20 years of practice, he has advised clients, mainly financial institutions, on financings, restructurings and underwritings, as well as acting for companies and investors on M&A transactions. He has played an instrumental role in the recent development of the Greek corporate bond market and also has considerable expertise and experience in privatisations and state assets development. During his two-year tenure as legal adviser to the Ministry of Finance and the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund, he was involved in the State privatisation programme and the establishment of the financial stability framework.

Fay Vetouli is a qualified Court of Appeals lawyer, admitted to the Athens Bar Association in 2006. She is a partner and head of the real estate practice at Sardelas Petsa Law Firm, which

she joined in 2019. Fay is an experienced civil law and litigation lawyer with main areas of practice that include real estate, litigation and enforcement. Fay regularly advises and represents banks in litigation for non- performing exposure (NPE) recovery and enforcement of the relevant claims, while she has extensive experience in real estate law. Fay speaks English, German, French and Italian, in addition to her native Greek.
