Mantas Lideika is an associate partner in the real estate practice at WALLESS. He has

in-depth knowledge and extensive experience in structuring and executing complex real estate development projects, with a special focus on the co-ordination of complex processes and efficiency issues. Mantas also specialises in newly adopted greenery conservation regulations during the development of real estate projects. His fields of expertise are preparing for and implementing real estate development, design and construction contracting, greenery, state land lease matters and developments in specialised locations, such as cultural heritage objects or protected areas.

is trusted among national and municipal public institutions, and has been employed to draft new regulations on special land conditions and infrastructure development. Evaldas is the author of a complex commentary on the law of territorial planning and is an associate professor at Mykolas Romeris University, where he lectures on real estate and construction.
