Johan Léonard is a partner at Stibbe Luxembourg and is the head of the tax practice. He has in-depth knowledge of national and international tax matters and focuses mainly on advisory and litigation work. He is also specialised in the tax structuring of investments. Johan specialises in national and international tax law, providing structuring and transactional advice to investment funds, private equity firms, real estate conglomerates, financial institutions, and multinational groups. He also assists clients in the context of tax litigation and has broad experience in advising clients on the tax aspects of multi-jurisdictional transactions and restructurings.

Benjamin Marthoz is a counsel at Stibbe and an expert in administrative and public laws, as well as a litigator in real estate matters (civil and commercial laws). He

specialises in regulations and litigations relating to complementary administrative matters, such as public procurement, town and country planning, environment, building construction matters (such as contracts, subcontracts, performance and payments). Benjamin co-heads the firm’s litigation/dispute resolution practice in Luxembourg.

Tom Storck is a counsel at Stibbe Luxembourg. He advises clients on complex cases concerning business transactions and corporate law. His primary focus is on M&A,

reorganisations, restructurings and joint ventures. He is also active in commercial and social litigations, and co-heads the firm’s litigation/dispute resolution practice in Luxembourg.
