office of Greenberg Traurig since 2022 and has been with the firm since 2016. Kamil specialises in real estate and corporate law. He advises foreign and domestic investors and developers on real estate sales and acquisitions and related restructuring and financing transactions and asset management projects, as well as on M&A transactions, including joint ventures. His recent work includes advising clients in the office, logistics, residential (private rented sector and student housing), retail and hospitality sectors. Kamil is an advocate and a member of the Warsaw Bar Association.
