Diogo Neves is a senior associate in the real estate and tourism practice in PLMJ’s Porto office. With ten years of experience, he regularly advises Portuguese and international clients from a wide range of sectors. Diogo has completed postgraduate courses in administrative and tax law and public employment law at the Centre for Studies in Public Law and Regulation. He also completed a course in administrative procedural practice at the University of Porto’s Faculty of Law.
Maria Sanches Afonso is a senior associate in PLMJ’s real estate and tourism practice. With almost ten years of professional experience, she regularly advises Portuguese
and international clients from a wide range of sectors and has a particular focus on retail, shopping centres, offices, residential and agribusiness. Maria has assisted clients in a wide range of real estate transactions, including sale and purchase, leasing, creation of real property rights and land restructuring, and she represents the client at all stages of the transaction.
