estate deals in recent years. He regularly advises buyers, sellers and asset managers in all types of real estate transactions and affairs, including in relation to brownfield development, zoning and permitting issues. Blaž also co-heads the firm’s insolvency and restructuring practice; he focuses on corporate and financial restructurings, insolvency and secured financing deals, and advises on environmental law aspects of real estate and construction projects.

Blaž Murko joined Odvetniki Šelih & partnerji in 2021. He is an integral part of the real estate practice and has been involved in most of the major projects the practice has handled. Blaž is
also active in the fields of construction, environmental law, and banking and finance. His experience includes litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
