Alexander is a transactional lawyer with a primary focus on advising international and domestic clients in cross-border and national real estate and corporate transactions, private equity and venture capital, M&A and fund structuring. He teaches at the University of Zurich on the Center for Urban and Real Estate Management master’s course.
