Prudence advises French and international clients across sectors such as digital, entertainment, healthcare, and energy and represents clients before civil courts and regulatory authorities, including CNIL. She is an active member of leading professional organisations, including IAPP and AFCDP.
Lobna Boudiaf is a senior associate in the Intellectual Property, New Technologies,
and Data Protection department at LPA Law, with over six years of experience. She advises French and international clients in these fields, providing strategic guidance and litigation support. Lobna assists companies in understanding and complying with complex regulatory frameworks, ensuring adherence to data protection laws and managing technology-related risks. She represents clients before courts and regulatory authorities, including data protection bodies. Lobna holds a Master’s in Digital Law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas, an LLM in US Law from Loyola University New Orleans, is CIPP/E certified, and is a member of the IAPP and AFCDP.
